Certified Relationship

Coach Program

The Certified Relationship Coach Program is designed with the specific goal of understanding and managing a diverse array of relationships. This program adapts modules from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Gottman Institute that are then tailored to fit the Arab Culture.

Referring to one of the Gottman institute’s famous quotes: “The biggest communication problem is we don’t listen to understand, we listen to reply.”

Intellect Relationship Coach Program offers guidance and management in major pillars of relationships. The program relies on Gottman Institute models and case studies to deepen the understanding that communication is the basic foundation of any relationship.

Starting off with a journey of discovering your inner self through different personality models which is going to help in knowing more about who you really are. Then going deeper to understanding the real meaning of love and relationships, and where it has begun. Following this in-depth understanding of relationships, the next step is linking this knowledge with the know-how to coach different clients such as singles, couples and even families.

  • Offer a knowledgeable and solution-focused coach training curriculum in various relationship dynamics, from romantic relationships to family relationships.

  • Introduce participants to different tools and methods to help identify gaps in the Coachee’s relationship attitudes, skills, and areas of intrapersonal awareness and growth which provides an opportunity to create an effective action plan, and developmental coaching.

  • Provide supervised in-class coaching sessions that will help you develop the skills and confidence required to kickstart your coaching career.
