Program cancellation refund policy

• Upon start of the program Intellect Coaching School is entitled to 75% from total program fee.
• Upon deadline (2 weeks prior to the start date of the program) Intellect
• Coaching School is entitled to 50% from total program fee. Cancelation prior to the deadline client is entitled to a full refund.

ACSTH program regulations

• Program fee does not include Mentoring hours or ICF membership & exam.
• There is a limited number of hours that is permitted to be missed in accordance with the percentage allowed by ICF, to each individual program varies (exact allowed hours will be in your welcome email)
• Incase of consecutive late arrivals to sessions (30 mins+) will be accumulated and processed as missed hours.
• Individuals enrolling with payment plans will be subject to payment of delay penalties in case of multiple overdue invoices.
• Clients must send cash receipt or similar proof of payment directly to connect@intellect-coaches.com to be processed and registered.
• Following program completion participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance which can be used when applying for the ICF exam (CKA). There is also an Intellect Coaching School Assessment as part of the graduation requirements to receive Intellect Certificate.
• Intellect has the right to remove you from ICC if you breach any ethical or moral conduct.
• All course material and videos are for personal use only and you cannot reproduce, share or distribute it.
• Depending on the topic and structure of the program, Instructors might deliver together or only one of them.
